Having worked with Property, Strata, and Real Estate professionals in varying capacities, I watched them encounter the same frustrating issues with generic solutions, over and over, making maintenance workflows, overly slow and unnecessarily complicated.

The spark for i4T Maintenance was ignited by a clear need for a smarter, compliant way to handle property upkeep.

The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated our mission in 2020, to provide a holistic maintenance ecosystem that ensures seamless communication, real-time job tracking, supplier vetting, and regulatory compliance, all in one place. 

We put together a rockstar team of developers, industry advisors, and end-users, to deliver a solution that hit the bull’s eye. 

From then onwards, we are only growing, innovating, and never looking back!

February 2017

i4T Maintenance was born, as the first-of-its-kind solution seamlessly connecting property managers, owners/tenants, and suppliers.

June 2019

The platform gained traction among small property management companies, looking to sort the tougher bits of property maintenance.

January 2020

The economy slumped but we didn’t back down, on-boarding one of Australia’s largest Strata Management Groups, consistently meeting 99% of our SLAs over the 4-year contract.

July 2024

Recognised as a major contender for Property Management and Maintenance technology solutions, by leading PropTech and Strata Industry Associations.

May 2025

We clinched the title for “Remarkable Customer Service,” and our solution began turning heads globally as we expanded to New Zealand and the UK, while further strengthening our footprint in Australia.

Who founded i4T Global and what was the inspiration behind it?

i4T Global was envisaged by Logan Nathan, whose vision was greatly amplified when his long-term trusted partner, Sachi Wickramage, joined him as Co-Founder. The inspiration behind creating i4T Global was to address the challenges in the Field Service Management (FSM) industry by leveraging technology to enhance Efficiency, Transparency, Compliance, and Safety.
